We try to keep this short and readable. If anything is unclear, write to us at support@pushed.ai and we will answer in plain English.
1. Who we are
Pushed is a Figma plugin and web application operated by Mattered LLC, a California limited liability company (“Mattered,” “Pushed,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers our website at pushed.ai, our Figma plugin, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — name, email address, and a password (stored hashed) when you sign up.
- Billing details — if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor Stripe collects your card number, billing address, and transaction history. We never see your full card number; we receive a token and metadata such as the last four digits and card brand.
- Klaviyo connection — when you authorize Pushed to push designs into your Klaviyo account, you grant us a Klaviyo API token. We store this token to deliver the service. You can revoke it at any time inside Klaviyo or by disconnecting from inside Pushed.
- Design content — the Figma frames, layers, images, and text that you choose to export through Pushed. This content is processed so we can produce HTML and upload it to your connected Klaviyo account.
- Support correspondence — anything you send to support@pushed.ai or share with us through the Figma plugin.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — plugin actions (e.g. open, export, upload), feature usage, error reports, and the rough timing of those events.
- Device and log data — browser type, operating system, IP address, and approximate location (city / region level) derived from that IP.
- Cookies — first-party cookies for sign-in and preferences. Where we use third-party analytics, those providers may set their own cookies.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the Service (turn your Figma designs into Klaviyo campaigns).
- To authenticate you, sync your subscription, and process payments.
- To debug, secure, and improve the Service.
- To send transactional emails (sign-in, billing receipts, security alerts).
- To send product updates and announcements; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations or enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.
4. Service providers we share data with
We rely on a small number of carefully chosen providers to operate Pushed. They process data on our behalf under written agreements that restrict how they can use it.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, storage, and infrastructure. All Pushed data lives on AWS.
- Klaviyo — destination for the HTML emails and lists you push from the plugin. Your designs are sent to the Klaviyo account you connect.
- Figma — the plugin runs inside Figma. Figma sees which plugins you launch and may collect its own usage data under its policy.
- Stripe — payment processing for paid plans. Stripe handles card data directly; we receive a token, not your card number.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights, property, or safety, or in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), in which case we will give you advance notice when the law allows.
5. Data retention
We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward (typically 90 days) so you can reactivate. Billing and tax records are retained for as long as the law requires (generally seven years). You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see Section 7.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage on AWS, scoped access controls for our team, and regular review of third-party integrations. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe and to notify you promptly if a breach affects your data.
7. Your choices and rights
You can, at any time:
- Access, correct, or download your account information from the dashboard.
- Disconnect Klaviyo from inside the plugin.
- Cancel your subscription from the billing page.
- Delete your account by emailing support@pushed.ai.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any such message.
If you live in California, the EU, the UK, or another region that grants additional rights (such as the right to know, the right to delete, the right to portability, or the right to object to certain processing), email support@pushed.ai with your request and we will respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
8. International transfers
Pushed is based in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or in any country where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by law.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Pushed evolves. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app banner) before it takes effect. The “Effective” date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
